As being a member of a closed affluent conservative group, we have agreed to bid on the debtor estate assets. We want it all and are prepared to bid that some would say ridiculous amounts. We feel this information is value money really can’t buy. We all wonder who is behind door number one, two or three but we’re willing to roll some dice here to find out. I understand by the unsecured creditor committee’s counsel there will be mailing lists, donation lists, etc. What really cracks me up is the material was going to be destroyed before a court order was issued to preserve EVERYTHING!!! The original entity has absolutely no control over its disposal or retention. And I am a lawyer, retired now.
