Medway, MA-based tattoo artist Holly Azzara has condensed the story of Alice in Wonderland — from rabbit hole to Cheshire Cat to Red Queen — into one glorious full-back, double-sleeve tattoo.

Azzara has also designed a rather Edward Gorey-ish vintage Alice in Wonderland full-back tattoo. Based on these two data points, we can presume that the town of Medway, MA is going to be very excited when the Tim Burton Alice in Wonderland movie starring Johnny Depp hits theaters.

Other Lewis Carroll works that would make great tattoos: Through the Looking-Glass, The Hunting of the Snark. Probably not as good: Sylvie and Bruno Concluded, An Elementary Treatise on Determinants, With Their Application to Simultaneous Linear Equations and Algebraic Equations.
