If there’s one thing that can make a video of destruction even cooler, it’s amusingly drawn faces on the things being destroyed. In this video, it’s cooling towers at various power plants being taken down and said cooling towers seem pretty surprised. This is actually an ad by a group called Ecotricity, and you might not agree with their willingness to throw nuclear power under the bus alongside most established pollution culprits like coal and other fossil fuels, but however you look at it, one of the towers has a mustache! Isn’t it hilarious?! You bet it is.

Even nowadays, people are still getting up in arms about kids playing violent video games. Clearly, the more important thing is not letting cats watch boxing. This little guy picks up the imitable behavior extremely fast, and there’s no telling how many cat toys he may go on to brutalize with his new found ability. That being said, if you threw this cat in the ring with, say, a Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robot, I’d totally bet on the cat.

Now back when I learned how to beatbox –poorly– it was “boots and skirts” but I suppose cats are fine, and I must admit I’m a fan of the catbee. This video, with music by Robert Clouth and animation by Henry Edmonds, is one of the coolest visualizations of beatboxing I’ve seen in a while, and believe you me, I’ve seen a few. Give it a look. I’ve got to go out and pick up a new pair of leather knee-high cats.

I’ve been alone with with a “Hello” supercut, inside my mind. And in my dreams I’ve seen its clips a thousand times. I sometimes see it using films galore. Hello! Is it me you’re looking for? This sure took a lot of guys, there must have been a lot of files. It’s all I’ve ever wanted and my eyes are open wide because it knows just what to say, and it knows which clips to use, and I want to tell it so much: “I love that someone used a whole bunch of carefully edited and rearranged film snippets to make you.”

Some people can keep up with the times, some people can’t. I think it has to do with your genes. This grandma is one of the former, however, so much so that she’ll dance to dubstep. Granted, she looks a little bit confused before the drop, but then she gets it and starts grooving. This definitely isn’t my favorite dancing-related viral video grandma, but she’s a close second. You keep rockin’, Grandma.

Sometimes you just have a rough day. That’s something Kevin, a baby sulcata tortoise, can attest to; one of his rough days was caught on film. As you can see, he doesn’t have the best depth perception and he really, really wants a bite of that tomato, but can’t quite pull it off. Lucky for him, the tomato isn’t savvy enough to run away and the lady holding it really just wants Kevin to succeed. Next time you feel like you just can’t do anything right, remember to tell yourself, “At least I can eat a tomato.”

I’ve never been a huge fan of most of the things Rob Dyrdek has been behind, but his recent little stunt kickflipping a Chevy Sonic is pretty impressive. Dyrdek attempted the brand-name laden stunt at a Six Flags back on December 16th, and somehow managed to pull it off. Impressive though it was, my first thought was “Who’s bright idea was it to put a skateboard right there in front of the camera….oh.” Still, pretty cool.

Captured on CCTV in Bushwick, Brooklyn, this driver tries his darndest to squeeze into a tiny parking space that he probably should’ve just passed up. Granted, he probably would not have found another spot for an amount of time that people who don’t live in a congested city would be amazed it took, but hey, at least he bumped into both cars flanking the not-really-open-to-begin-with space. Somehow, amazingly, he makes it into and out of the spot without the owners of the other two cars being any wiser.

Check out this cute little baby octopus as he goes struttin’ around all over this guy’s hand. More like a baby walktopus. Seriously, that little dude has some place he wants to go, and he’s trying to get there. I just hope that guy puts him down afterwards, so he can go about his doubtlessly important business.
