Robotic Seal Plays Basketball

This looks like something Doctors Robotnik or Wily might have cooked up: Researchers at Taiwan’s National Chiao-Tung University have made a robotic arm that can play basketball, or at least toss balls through hoops with 99% accuracy. Because robot arms swishing basketballs is rather obvious and pedestrian, they proceed to dress it up in a seal costume.
