“Hammock style dwelling” is an oarsman on a viking ship.
“2BR (one inside the other” is a Klein Bottle.
“1BR w/ trimmed carpet” is an ad for a prostitute.
“3BR on scenic Ash Tree Lane” is from House of Leaves.
“5BR 3 floors w/ pool” *may* be a reference to the Chernobyl Power Station: the “pool” would be the spent fuel containment pool (although there were only 4 reactors).
“60BR sleek modern” could be the Red October (I don’t get the “extreme” running water).
I’ve heard the “lit by strobe light” is a reference to Altered States, but I can’t attest to that.
The square house could be a reference to Zork.
The image text is the Death Star.
