To the quality of pure, well made and the status symbol of Hermes Birkin handbag is divided into four different size: 25 cm, 30 cm, 35 cm, and 40 cm, and this size depends mainly on bag wide. Usually a specification of the platinum bag mean 40 cm wide .

Further if his account was taken down despite having filed a counter-DMCA notice his hosting company may be in violation of his contract since once he files a counter-notice it's no longer the hosting company's problem

They can lock it obviously b/c they're the registrar, and they can take it down because they have the ability to change the nameservers associated with the domain.

clicker,

it's icaan that decides how a name is used. unf'ly they currently allow gd and the other creatures a lot of freedom for their private agendas, but the community can change that.

@rfc1394
I used to work at GoDaddy and your comment is totally false. GD is still totally capable of taking down your site if they are notified of some form of "abuse." Any domain registrar can take your site down and lock it so you can't transfer it due to "legal" action. They can lock it obviously b/c they're the registrar, and they can take it down because they have the ability to change the nameservers associated with the domain. Changing them to a parked pair of servers indicating the site is down has happened many times, and will continue to be the standard response. Just trying to educate the public...

This is why you should avoid using your registration and DNS provider as your hosting provider. I register domains through GoDaddy because they are cheap, *but* I run those domains elsewhere than GoDaddy. This way if there's a problem I can move my domain somewhere else without having the provider hold it hostage because there is a content dispute. Further if his account was taken down despite having filed a counter-DMCA notice his hosting company may be in violation of his contract since once he files a counter-notice it's no longer the hosting company's problem.

I note that in the PDF in question:

Microsoft also provides some country specific domains such as .co.uk, .fr, .it, .de, .es, .th, .tk,
.co.jp
Currently all e-mail service customer data is stored in the U.S. even if the account
name contains a country specific domain.

I wonder if they're running afoul of any EU data protection directives there? MS isn't high on their "favorite company"list as it is :)
