    I knew this article was written by Ted Johnson just by the questionable rationale of its hook. We upload videos of animals doing silly things because they’re funny. Take away our sense of superiority, we’d still be uploading videos of animals doing silly things.

I fear you may have thought I was being serious when I said that this is the reason people film their dogs snapping at passing cars. I will certainly try to make myself more clear next time.
