Serving both the transforming robot fan and delicate flower fan in us all, this Tomoo Yamaji sculpture begins life as a blue dragon 1,630 millimeters in length, and transforms to become a wreath of blue flowers, measuring in with a width and height 750 millimeters.
Step 1: The dragon, straight, before transformation.
Step 2: The tail separates into two parts, while the head collapses in order to connect to the tail.
Step 3: The head is stored in the tail section, which is why the tail split in two.
Step 4: Finally, the torso segments and legs open to form flowers, and you have your finished transformation.
