The First Rule Of Ferris Club Is You Do Watch This Trailer

For those of you who don’t know, there was a theory developed in recent years that in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Ferris is merely a figment of Cameron’s imagination, designed to help him break out of his reserved shell and actually live a little. The obvious comparison here is to Fight Club, and so the theory has been nicknamed The Ferris Bueller Fight Club Theory. Now, it seems unlikely that this is was intended the case, though it holds up surprisingly well with the content of the film. That said, if the initial trailer for Bueller had looked more like this video, then the crackpot idea would be far more than just a theory.

The question on my mind is: How long until this gets taken down from YouTube because of the frame of pornography that I think is legitimate, but I can’t verify because repeated clicking to pause attracts attention from nearby colleagues, and I don’t want to be “that guy who tried really really hard to verify a penis.” Again.
