IKEA Releases 100 Cats Into a Store as an Experiment
by Robert Quigley | 8:43 am, September 10th, 2010
IKEA’s “Herding Cats” experiment consisted of their releasing 100 cats into their store in Wembley, London: The adorable, thrilling results can be seen above. While filming lots of cats and setting it to music might sound like a viral marketing slam dunk, this project was a bold one in that these cats were not trained for TV, much less to be let loose in a giant IKEA. Though we do hope they cleaned up afterwards for the sake of customers with cat allergies.
