You won’t find any airbending in this Cape Town nightclub. You probably won’t find any high-def imagery or any $237 million budgets, either. What you will find at Avastar, however, is Mike Basson and a lot of blue breasts. Yes, this is an Avatar nightclub.

    What a con. He threw a few lazy, vaguely “Avatar” like props around and filled the rest with some third year art students bad wall paintings and random electronic things you’d find in any cheap disco and has the sleazy balls to call it Avastar.

    This guys a joke. I bet he was selling used cars in Vegas a couple of years ago. He sounds like a cartoon character out of GTA.

    Amazing. And sad. And funny.

    Mostly sad though.

    Sure you guys can say what you want about the club and Mike but while you guys/chicks hav so much to say his making money off an idea. sure he got the idea from Avatar but he turned it into a club that is one of SA’s top clubs right now>
