If Aladdin taught us one thing, it’s that being a thief will work out really well for you, especially if you’re incarcerated for the crime.
Because only then can you meet the crazy old man who leads you into the panther belly where the zany genie will grant you your three greatest wishes with several irritating caveats. But even though, in his princely form, Aladdin was just stealing hearts, he showed great proficiency in his early rag days. Not only is he a master of misdirection with his handy monkey companion Apu, but his guard evasion skills are second to none.
Well, none except those who actually evade the guards in the end. But with a magic carpet, a genie companion, an attractive assistant, and a monkey that’s as pesky as ever, Aladdin can’t lose in the thieving department.
