In FFV, summons were largely overshadowed by the bafflingly complex and awesome Job system, which can teach modern RPGs, J- and otherwise, a thing or two. Leviathan was the most memorable of the rather limited lot, though: In addition to giving you a really hard boss fight, he's got a neat water elemental attack.
