If Giorgetto Giugiaro's name doesn't ring a bell, how about "Car Designer of the Century"? The one-man factory is responsible for some of the iconic car designs of our time, including the Lotus Esprit, the Maserati Ghibli, and -- swoon -- the DeLorean DMC-12 of Back to the Future fame. At 71 years old, he still keeps active, heading up the still-influential automotive design and engineering firm Italdesign-Giugiaro, which treated the world to some quality car porn in 2005 the form of the Giugiaro-designed Ferrari GG50.
