According to Eric S. Raymond, Linus' Law states that "given enough eyeballs, all bugs are shallow," a maxim that has contributed to the speedy rise of free, quality software like Firefox, OpenOffice, and Drupal. Not everyone is onboard, naturally: Microsoft's Steve Ballmer (who you can bet will make an appearance on some Power Grid to come), who infamously referred to Linux as "communism" in 2000.
