There's no dearth of choices for worst ex in Battlestar Galactica.
There's the girl who turns out to be a robot, gets killed, and then her replacement falls in love and has a baby with someone else. There's the other girl who turns out to be a robot, and then uses you to betray humanity. And there were a few people who slept with Gaius Baltar who would later regret it.
But only Kara Thrace will, in an effort to get over someone, go off and marry someone else, and then repeatedly cheat on the latter with the former. Even after the former has gotten married to some else as well.
Then she'll die. And come back.
And then disappear.
No, literally.
