Superman has encountered the Predator species twice, once, in Superman Vs. Predator, while investigating an alien ship that crash landed in Central America, and again (or also?) in Superman and Batman versus Aliens and Predator, when an ancient Preadator ship that's been stuck in the Andes for thousands of years decides that he is a sun spirit of some kind and enlists his (and Batman's) aid in getting off the planet.
Presumably xenomorphs were also involved in that last one, barring an extreme case of false advertising.
So that's one fight, in which his powers were partially stripped from him by a plot device virus; and one team up. One gimmicky battle, and one instance of being mistake for a god.
Actually, that last one probably happens to him a lot.
