JLA vs. Predator was pretty much universally reviled when it came out, a quick gimmicky crossover between the two universes. Frankly, the idea of a bunch of Predators genetically engineered to have the powers of the Justice League strains credibility (particularly the Predator with a Power Ring, although, on further examination, there are probably some really interesting things you could do with the Green Lantern Corps. and the Predator).
Anyway, apparently the problem was solved simply by switching opponents (Have Superman fight the Bat-Predator, etc.) within the oneshot. So why have we included it?
