This Guy is a Machine at Scramble With Friends [Video]

In the X With Friends franchise, Scramble With Friends isn’t exactly the favorite, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have its devotees. This guy, for instance, can play so fast he’s routinely accused of cheating by other players and claims to have a record high score of 3,700 points. It sounds ridiculous, but when you watch the video, everything becomes clear. He’s not actually seeing and identifying words, instead he’s guessing letter combos based on possible vowel positioning, and entering a bunch of invalid words in the process. It’s sort of against the spirit of the game, but not the rules. Even so, the speed at which he does it is incredible. I hope to someday be half as good at just one thing. Preferably a more useful thing.

    I don’t understand why more people don’t play this game! I have been engaged in ongoing repeat matches with 4-5 people for months. Never gets old. I would play with more people but very few of my friends or FB connections are playing.

    Wow, you really don’t get it, do you? Bruno does know the words, he just sees them so much faster than you can wrap your mind around. I play him all the time and I also play as fast as this and I know every word I’m entering. I have been a tournament scrabble player for over 10 years.

    My adult son beats us all handily. He scored 4676 this week, with 2949 (138 words) in round 3!!
