Gorgeous, Seemingly Delicious Starry Night Cake

A three-level cake decorated with Van Gogh’s Starry Night. Impressively, the decoration seems to be purely icing or frosting, rather than fondant, the food decorator’s choice material nowadays.

I’m thinking that a mix of impressionism paintings. The top level is definitely Starry Night, but I think the middle layer is Haystacks, which is actually done my Monet, the bottom looks like it might be Water Lilies, also Monet. That’s more of a guess as it’s kinda difficult to see for sure.. I swear I only remember this from my art class in highschool. Either way, it looks delicisous.

Yeah, I found this photo on the Internet a few years ago. I was hoping that this article would reveal the baker, but no joy :( I’ll pin it; maybe someone will see it and step up and say, “Hey! _I_ did that!)
