Using an SNES, Instructables user vigothecarpathian spent about $200 stuffing a mini-ITX motherboard into the frame, then added a bunch of emulators to the mod, which include NES, N64, Neo Geo, MAME, Game Boy Advance, Sega Genesis, and even Commodore 64. The super console sports an HDMI port, so all of the old games work well with modern televisions and monitors, and vigothecarpathian also managed to get the SNES controllers working with the console using a simple USB converter, while other controllers can be plugged in via USB as well.
