Clueless Gamer Conan O’Brien Gets To Play Himself in Injustice: Gods Among Us [Video]
Conan O'Brien isn't much of a gamer, but damn it all if he's not going to review your favorite video games anyway for his "Clueless Gamer" series! This time he's taken a look at the hit new DC game Injustice: Gods Among Us with Team Coco's resident nerd Aaron Bleyaert. His many insights include judging Superman for the Fortress of Solitude's alien Zoo, noting that Zod would probably make a pretty good pope, and introducing us to a (hopefully) playable version of the superhero he co-created with Bruce Timm, The Flaming C.

Conan Shares Intimate Moment With Google Glass [Video]
Have you ever wanted to know what the inside of Conan O'Brien's mouth looks like? Jeremy Hofferman knows firsthand, and thanks to his Google Glass, now so do all of us. Hofferman was waiting for an E3 panel when the talk show host walked by, presumably there to film segments for his show (does this mean we're going to get a Clueless Gamer at E3? Let's hope so!). Conan noticed the Google Glass, jokingly suggested that they make out, and the rest is Internet history. Speaking of which, I wonder how many make outs start out as jokes? Probably at least a fifth of them, I bet.

George R.R. Martin to Team Coco: “Crap, I Was Supposed to Write MORE Books?” [Video]
Game of Thrones mastermind George R.R. Martin stopped by the set of Conan O'Brien's TBS talk show Conan for a brief chat, and while he was there he apparently gave Team Coco some fascinating "spoilers" for next season from the upcoming DVD commentary. I put the word spoilers in quotation marks because obviously none of the plot points proposed here are going to happen -- it's all too uplifting and pleasant for Martin. We know you better than that, sir.

Talk Show Host Duke Fightmaster’s Real Close to Kickstarting His Movie
If you're a frequent listener to This American Life, then you might already be familiar with the story of Duke Fightmaster, a guy who started a talk show out of his bedroom because he wanted to take over Late Night after Conan O'Brien left. His real life story is being made into a movie, but he doesn't get to star in it, so he'd like to make a movie of his own. He's real close to making it happen.

Kevin Spacey Spoofs White House Correspondents’ Dinner With House of Nerds [Video]
Last night was the annual White House Correspondents' Dinner, or "Nerd Prom" as it's jokingly called. Besides a performance by talk show host Conan O'Brien, the dinner also featured a parody of the Netflix series House of Cards with the star of the show Kevin Spacey reprising his role as Frank Underwood. The clip features a number of political figures playing themselves, and also a Big Gulp.

Jimmy Fallon Officially Taking Over The Tonight Show If Jay Leno Ever Steps Down
It's as official as it's going to get: Jay Leno is stepping down from The Tonight Show again and Jimmy Fallon will be replacing him, though we've all been here before. The switch is expected to happen during NBC's coverage of the Winter Olympics next year, and will bring The Tonight Show back to New York City under Lorne Michaels as Executive Producer. Will it all go down smoothly, or are we in for another round of late night wars?

Conan Plays Halo 4, Hilarity Ensues [Video]
Have you ever wanted to see Conan O'Brien kill himself in a video game? If that's something that interests you, you're in luck! That's exactly what we have here. Thanks to his Clueless Gamer segment, Conan took a spin with Halo 4 recently. He just so happens to have voiced a character in the game, and let's just say things don't end well for virtual Conan. Don't take my word for it; have a look.Read on... -

Wes Anderson’s Star Wars: Episode VII Doesn’t Need to Make Sense to Be Cool
As soon as the world found out that there would be a new trilogy of Star Wars films that would not be written, directed, or produced by George Lucas, the internet has been tossing and turning 24 hours a day wrestling with one question: "Who the hell is going to make these movies!?" The first piece of the puzzle was revealed yesterday, when LucasFilm announced that screenwriter Michael Arndt (Toy Story 3, Little Miss Sunshine) will pen Episode VII. (He's rumored to be writing the whole trilogy, by the way.) Having a good script is important, of course, but most fans are much more concerned with who will direct the film(s). Everyone in their mother has their opinion on the issue, and there are already a handful of "favorite" names, including Joss Whedon, Christopher Nolan, J.J. Abrams, and more. One name that is on almost nobody's list, however, is quirky auteur Wes Anderson. Nobody's list, except for Conan O'Brien, of course, who put together this sample of what an Anderson-directed Star Wars sequel might look like.Read on... -

Conan’s Mr. Buttons Strikes Fear Into The Heart of Skyrim‘s Fauna [Video]
In the latest addition to his "Clueless Gamer" series of videos, Conan O'Brien plays and reviews The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Here we see him scream at the sight of a woman, reenact junior high school conversations, and give surprisingly good advice on how to kill mammoths. I have to admit, he's making really good points about the game, just more bewilderingly and with less gamer jargon.Read on... -

Conan Plays Minecraft, Gives it a Rating of “26C”
Conan O'Brien is a lot of things: Comedian, musician, Tilda Swinton stand-in. But he is not a gamer. However, that has not stopped him from trying in a series of review videos called "Clueless Gamer." This week, the object of his bemusement was Minecraft. Things were off to a great start where, within seconds, the late-night funnyman compared it to 19th century Wales. I think he gets it. See the video, after the break.Read on... -

Rent the Conan Studio on AirBNB
AirBNB, the couch surfing service that allows one to rent an entire country if they so wish, has a listing for the Conan studio. No, not that Conan, and there's only one of those Conans as far as we're concerned. The funnier one. Team Coco has put Conan O'Brien's studio up for rent on AirBNB, available for a few days from October 10 to October 13. Amenities include a "celebrity-grazed" sleeper sofa and an air mattress that has fallen in disrepair. Of course, one must wonder if Team Coco is going to have one of the sketchy AirBNB experiences.
Hacker News points out that the couch surfers booking the studio will be filmed for the show, so they must be okay with that, making the AirBNB rental some sort of comedy bit more than a publicity stunt. Those comedians and their comedy. Head on past the break to check out the studio's amenities, and check out the listing over on AirBNB.

NBC Wanted to Stop Conan from Tweeting
When NBC fired Conan O'Brien last year in favor of giving Jay Leno his time slot back, they worked out a deal in which O'Brien was forbidden from appearing on TV and/or disparaging the network that dangled the Tonight Show in front of him and then snatched it back. What we do know is that not long after that deal was made, O'Brien took to Twitter. What we didn't know until now was that NBC wanted that Twitter account shut down. Because when you've already disappointed so many fans in the 18 to 49 demographic, why not go big or go home? Definitely go after a former employee's Twitter account. Brilliant!Read on... -
