There Are Creatures Living All Over Your Body [Video]
Warning: This will make you feel like the most disgusting living organism that ever existed. Humans are covered with several species of mites, fungi, and bacteria pretty much all the time, regardless of how well we take care of ourselves. Enough to equal the population of the Earth. Including in our eyelashes. So, if you're living your life without a care, feeling like you practice excellent hygiene that would prevent other living creatures from burrowing holes in your flesh, maybe don't watch this video. Unless you welcome these microscopic overlords, in which case, please don't start naming them. It will take forever. (via Geeks Are Sexy)

Even in the Mushroom Kingdom, Life Finds A Way
To solve, for ever and always, the severe confusion surrounding the genders of Super Mario Bros.' two egg laying dinosaur characters, can we just remind the class that all the dinosaurs on Jurassic Park are female? Except the ones that aren't. We expect your crossover fics on our desks by Monday. They should include at least one instance of Muldoon riding a velociraptor. (via Geeks are Sexy.)

World’s Largest Gummy Worm is Kind of Phallic
I like gummies just as much as the next person (probably more, since I don't like chocolate and so possess a correspondingly large sweet tooth), but this otherwise charming video detailing the features of a two foot long, three pound gummy worm leaves me very torn. So delicious looking... and so gross looking... at the same time. (via Geeks Are Sexy.)

Richard Dawkins and Neil deGrasse Tyson Talk About Science Together
Do we need to say more? Okay, they talk about science for more than an hour. And answer questions. You may not have an hour to spare, but we highly recommend putting this one while you do something else and just listening. For science! (via Geeks are Sexy.)

Sears Wishes You A “HABBEH HARRAHAAN” With Their Zombie Site
Remember at the end of Shaun of the Dead, where zombies have been integrated into human life as menial workers? A charmingly creative alternative look at the tail end of a zombie outbreak. But you'll never guess who's picked up on a version of that idea and is using it as an actually well produced Halloween tie in. Sears.Read on... -

ReBoot to Get ReRelease on ReDVD
ReBoot, everyone's favorite totally obscure Canadian experiment in bringing computer animation to Saturday morning kids programming has had something of a rocky history in home video. VHS tapes were never published in America. Only the third and fourth seasons made it to DVD, the latter of which was plagued by fps issues that caused slower playback and oddly deep voices. Well, last week Rainmaker Entertainment announced that they will be collaborating with Shout! Factory to bring the entire series to DVD, starting with a complete collector's edition.Read on... -

Dog Park Stays Well Lit – With Dog Poop
A Cambridge dog park not only urges its patrons to pick up after themselves, it also tells them exactly where they can stick it: a couple of 500-gallon tanks that collect the generated methane to power a nearby gas streetlamp. Park Spark is a temporary installation in the dog park, fueled (if you'll pardon the expression) by a grant from the Council of the Arts at MIT, and spearheaded by artist Matthew Mazzotta.Read on... -

You’ve Heard of a Living Pokédex? This is a LEGO Pokédex
It's safe to say that if LEGO and Pokémon ever actually joined forces, we might lose an entire generation. Fortunately Filip Johannes Felberg is just a fan. A fan who has made a mission out of making Pokéout of Legos. To be honest, we're quite enchanted with his creations, not to mention the clear improvements in his models that you can see over time. Some of our favorites, below:Read on... -

MC Chris’ Han Solo
So stone cold he survived an industrial freezing process. So badass that his sidekick is a 7-foot walking bear wearing a bandolier. So slick he can steal your girl and make out with your sister at the same time. If that galaxy far, far away was really a long time ago, then Han Solo is the original gangster. (via Geeks are Sexy.)

Found in Translation? Innuendo in a JRPG
A message to Japan, the translator, my inner 9 year-old, and to the whole world for allowing this to exist: ಠ_ಠ Apparently this is actual dialogue from Ar tonelico: melody of Elemia, which was full of this sort of thing. And it's not the only line. Video after the jump.Read on... -
