Whenever you take a road trip, it's inherently in some sort of road vehicle. As part of our ongoing sponsored content series with Lincoln, we swoop in like heroes to save your road trip from boredom with a list of some essential gadgets you should really bring along.

We've all been there. Not being able to fall asleep the night before a road trip, full of anticipation, and excitedly waking up the next morning after only having slept a couple of hours. With the car already packed the night before, you hop in with your buddy, and off you go. The thing is, about two hours into the trip, you realize you're now stuck in a car for the better part of week, and man, there isn't much to do other than watch cows as you drive by them, and listen to radio stations fade in and out as you pass through different states.
