First we saw the teaser, then we saw the other teaser, and now the full-length trailer for the forthcoming film The Master is at last revealed to us. While it's a bit weird to get this worked up about trailers, this controversial film about a cult in post-war America looks stunning. See it, after the break.

Here is the second teaser for Paul Thomas Anderson's The Master, starring Joaquin Phoenix, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Amy Adams. Remember, we haven't had a Paul Thomas Anderson film since There Will Be Blood, and that was excellent, so we have high hopes for this one. If you've seen the first teaser, and then watch the above teaser, you should be pretty stoked for this upcoming film, which releases October 12 this year, and isn't releasing soon enough.

Starring Joaquin Phoenix, Phillip Seymour Hoffman, and Amy Adams, the movie revolves around the titular Master, played by Joaquin Phoenix, who leads something of a religious cult that begins to gain popularity across 1950s America. The trailer is incredibly unsettling, and sure looks promising.
