Your eyes do not deceive you, that is a Totoro plush in the trailer for Toy Story 3.  This is less surprising when you remember that the people at Pixar are, after all, animators, and My Neighbor Totoro is, after all, one of Hayao Miyazaki‘s most beloved films.

This writer really wishes she had watched it by now.

I’m sorry, I’m sorry!  I’m waiting for Netflix to come out on the Wii!  I have seen the episode of Samurai Jack with Totoro.  Forgive me.
