Wil Wheaton’s much anticipated weekly nerdy pop culture news show just premiered the other night, and if you live in America (or have possibly unscrupulous methods for getting past region locks on Internet videos), you can watch the twenty minute episode right here.
While I’m personally not the hugest fan of the “guy in front of a fake TV on a green screen making funny” format and would prefer to see Wil on an actual set, this first episode has some really solid jokes in it. The “SyFy Channel Moment’ was a definite highlight for me, as was the “Days of Future Pabst” line that opened the show. It’s a bit unpolished now, but with time, they’ll hopefully be able to grow it into something amazing.
